A draft has been prepared and sent to the Supreme Court to challenge the amendment.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from them, Justice Saman Riffat Imtiaz and Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan are also among the challenging judges.<\/p>\n<h2>27th Amendment<\/h2>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/national-assembly-begins-session-to-approve-27th-constitutional-amendment\/\">National Assembly<\/a>\u00a0on Wednesday approved the much-awaited 27th Constitutional Amendment bill during the session presided over by Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, two days after the bill was sailed through the Senate.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the opposition protested against the 27th Amendment and boycotted the session today, rejecting the amendment outright.<\/p>\n<p>Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, while once again inviting the opposition to talks, said that as Speaker National Assembly, I am ready to facilitate talks between the opposition and the government.<\/p>\n<p>If the government and the opposition sit down together, then ways will be found.<\/p>\n<p>According to sources, there was a technical error in the 27th Constitutional Amendment in the Senate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Four judges of the Islamabad High Court have decided to challenge the 27th Amendment in the Supreme Court.
