{"id":92196,"date":"2025-11-26T18:06:16","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T13:06:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=92196"},"modified":"2025-11-26T18:06:16","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T13:06:16","slug":"youtuber-ducky-bhai-released-from-jail-returns-home","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/life-style\/youtuber-ducky-bhai-released-from-jail-returns-home\/","title":{"rendered":"Youtuber Ducky Bhai released from jail, returns home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: YouTuber Saad Rehman, also known by the name Ducky Bhai, has been released from <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/uncategorized\/man-gets-three-year-jail-term-for-anti-army-campaign\/\">Camp Jail<\/a> after 90 days.<\/p>\n<p>His release order was issued by the court today, following which he was released.<\/p>\n<p>The Lahore High Court had granted him bail earlier this week in a case about the promotion of online gambling apps, against surety bonds of Rs1 million.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Shehram Sarwar, during the hearing, said the granting of bail by a lower court is unusual as per the Supreme Court verdicts.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, he had to spend a night in prison as his release order could not be issued yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>However, on Wednesday morning, Judicial Magistrate Naeem Bhutto issued the formal release directive, ordering that Ducky Bhai be set free immediately if he is not wanted in any other case.<\/p>\n<p>An FIR has been registered against him with the FIA&#8217;s NCIA on charges of promoting online gambling.
