The court said that they should take the fatwa to the trial court and only argue about bail. The trial court has to see the details, evidence and fatwa.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, religious scholar Engineer Mirza Muhammad Ali filed a petition in the Lahore High Court against the FIA \u200b\u200binvestigation.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Engineer Mirza Muhammad Ali has filed a petition through Advocate Nabeel Javed Kahlon, in which the FIA \u200b\u200band the Punjab Quran Board have been made parties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The petition requests that the court declare the fatwa against the petitioner null and void and order the investigation to be terminated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi High Court bench granted bail to Engineer Mirza Muhammad Ali in a religious hatred case and ordered his immediate release.
