The decision has been taken to help the Christian community prepare for Christmas celebrations with ease.<\/p>\n<p>The Finance Department said the move is to give Christian employees and pensioners financial relief during their religious festival, free from financial burdens. The early payment shall apply to all eligible employees and retirees across the province.<\/p>\n<p>Officials declared that the Balochistan Christmas advance salary reflects the commitment of the provincial government towards supporting the minority communities on important days of their respective religions.<\/p>\n<p>The government believes this move will allow families to manage their festive needs more comfortably.
