{"id":93478,"date":"2025-12-09T18:14:06","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T13:14:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=93478"},"modified":"2025-12-09T18:14:06","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T13:14:06","slug":"punjab-starts-registration-of-kite-makers-across-province","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/punjab-starts-registration-of-kite-makers-across-province\/","title":{"rendered":"Punjab starts registration of kite makers across province"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: As Basant is drawing near in Punjab, the<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/environment-department-bans-punjab-university-buses-emitting-smoke\/\"> Home Department<\/a> has begun the process of formal registration for the makers and sellers of kites and strings, as well as the associations of kite flying.<\/p>\n<p>A detailed procedure, according to the Home Department, has been prepared for the kite and string makers, sellers, and buyers, while the registration process of kite associations has been finalized.<\/p>\n<p>Form \u201cA\u201d is required to be filled in for registration, and persons registered shall be given a certificate by the government, along with Form \u201cB.\u201d Likewise, Forms \u201cC\u201d and \u201cD\u201d are assigned for kite flying associations.<\/p>\n<p>The Home Department asserted that the size, material, and quality of kites and strings will be strictly regulated under Schedule One.<\/p>\n<p>The manufacturing and selling of low-quality or chemical-coated strings will be completely banned. The registered associations will help in Basant arrangements under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner to avoid any dangerous or prohibited activities.<\/p>\n<p>The authorities explained that the violation of the rules will lead to the cancellation of registration and subsequent legal action.
