The official website for Gold Card applications went live yesterday, shortly before Trump unveiled the program at the White House in the Roosevelt Room alongside business leaders.<\/p>\n<p>As per details, the new scheme replaces the decades-old EB-5 visa program, introduced in 1990 to boost foreign investment.
