The complainant named four accused in the case: Sadr Islam, Ishaq, Rizwan, and Sawar Khan.<\/p>\n<p>It was reported in the case complaint that Samiullah had taken his friends on an outing to Shakarparian when the suspects randomly opened fire on him.<\/p>\n<p>According to the FIR, the attackers shot him dead and beat him severely. This happened last night.
