{"id":95607,"date":"2025-12-29T11:28:53","date_gmt":"2025-12-29T06:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=95607"},"modified":"2025-12-29T11:52:44","modified_gmt":"2025-12-29T06:52:44","slug":"ali-mirza-reveals-proximity-to-imran-khan-in-adiala-jail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/ali-mirza-reveals-proximity-to-imran-khan-in-adiala-jail\/","title":{"rendered":"Ali Mirza reveals proximity to Imran Khan in Adiala Jail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Religious scholar Engineer <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/engineer-muhammad-ali-mirza-sent-on-seven-day-physical-remand\/\">Muhammad Ali Mirza<\/a> has revealed that there was only one wall between his mills and those of former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Adiala Jail.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to journalist Irshad Bhatti in a podcast, he said that the part of the jail where he was imprisoned had a total of three mills for three people.<\/p>\n<p>According to Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza, Imran Khan was kept towards the back wall of his mill, where six mills were allocated for him and he was also provided with a maskhati.<\/p>\n<p>He said that sometimes he could hear Imran Khan&#8217;s voice, which he used to talk to his maskhati about cricket, but not about politics.<\/p>\n<p>Engineer Mirza said that Imran Khan had TV facilities in the jail and was also provided with two newspapers.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, Imran Khan was given raw meat which his maskhati used to cook and the smell of desi ghee tarda often came to him.<\/p>\n<p>He further said that Imran Khan used to eat twice a day, breakfast at nine in the morning and dinner at three in the afternoon.
