ISLAMABAD: There is a lot of fear and panic among the residents of the area against a bloodthirsty dog \u200b\u200band its owner in the historical and tourist area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bSaidpur Village of the federal capital Islamabad<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to local sources, an influential person, Hamza Naeem son of Muhammad Naeem, a resident of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bSaidpur Village, has not only allegedly illegally occupied the mosque land but also has a dangerous and bloodthirsty dog \u200b\u200bthat he releases to the villagers on his signal.<\/p>\n

Residents of the area say that Hamza Naeem often abuses and threatens with serious consequences. Whenever someone talks to him about ending the occupation or about the dog, he signals the dog to attack, due to which several people narrowly escaped injury, while children, women and the elderly are in great fear.<\/p>\n

According to sources, several residents of Saidpur village have filed a joint written complaint with the Kohsar police station, claiming that Hamza Naeem has illegally occupied the mosque property and is not vacating the place despite repeated complaints to the police and other institutions.

According to the petitioners, Hamza Naeem, due to his influence, does not take the law into account, but instead keeps on filing false cases against the noble citizens of the village in various police stations so that they can be silenced by threatening them.<\/p>\n

Locals say that due to the bloodthirsty dog, it has become difficult for children to go to school, women to leave their homes and even the elderly to go to the mosque. The villagers are forced to live in constant fear.<\/p>\n

The affected citizens have appealed to the higher authorities, police and relevant institutions to take immediate notice and take legal action against Hamza Naeem, get the mosque land returned and the bloodthirsty dog \u200b\u200btaken into custody and provide protection to the public.<\/p>\n

The petitioners say that if timely action is not taken, there is a risk of major loss of life, for which the entire responsibility will fall on the concerned authorities.
