PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi announced that he will go to Adiala Jail on Thursday.<\/p>\n
According to the details, while addressing a large public meeting held in Mardan on Saturday, Sohail Afridi said that he will go to Adiala Jail on Thursday along with his leadership, all preparations in this regard are complete.<\/p>\n
Sohail Afridi said in his address that it is not possible to remain silent in the current situation, raising his voice against injustice is the need of the hour.<\/p>\n
He clarified that the responsibility of the negotiations has been entrusted to Mahmood Achakzai and Allama Nasir Abbas, who will play their role to improve the situation, very soon those elements who are thieves, robbers and oppressors will be held accountable.<\/p>\n
He said that the struggle for the rights of the people will continue, no pressure will be taken into account.<\/p>\n
The Chief Minister also directed the workers to remain peaceful and protest within the ambit of the law.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, protest demonstrations were seen in the city on the arrival of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Mardan. The affected people who had given their lands to Abdul Wali Khan University and other universities took to the streets to protest against the non-payment of compensation.
