A complete list of participating hospitals can be found here:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must belong to a low-income family.<\/li>\n<li>CNIC must be registered with NADRA.<\/li>\n<li>Government employees and individuals traveling abroad are usually not eligible.<\/li>\n<li>BISP beneficiaries are also included in the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits of the Health Card<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to PKR 50,000 annually for secondary care and PKR 250,000 for tertiary care per family.<\/li>\n<li>Free treatment at selected public and private hospitals.<\/li>\n<li>Transport allowance of up to PKR 350 during treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Documents<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original CNIC<\/li>\n<li>Health Card (if available)<\/li>\n<li>B-Form or marriage certificate for children<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eligible patients are required to pay only 50% of the treatment cost, while the government of Punjab covers the remaining 50%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Residents of Pakistan can now easily check their eligibility for treatment under the Prime Minister\u2019s Health Card program.
