Despite reduced consumption, many solar users reportedly received unexpectedly high electricity bills, triggering widespread concern and frustration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1150\">Consumers argue that the revised net metering policy is being used by distribution companies to mask line losses and reduce transparency.
