{"id":99482,"date":"2026-02-02T11:46:48","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T06:46:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=99482"},"modified":"2026-02-02T11:46:48","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T06:46:48","slug":"pakistan-weather-update-rain-snowfall-forecast-across-country-this-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/pakistan-weather-update-rain-snowfall-forecast-across-country-this-week\/","title":{"rendered":"Pakistan weather update: Rain, snowfall forecast across country THIS week!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: A new weather system has entered different parts of the country, due to which rain and snowfall have been predicted in many cities and upper areas.<\/p>\n<p>According to the<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/weather\/punjab-rain-weather-system-enters-province-meteorological-department-forecasts-cold-conditions\/\"> Meteorological Department<\/a>, rain is continuing in Quetta, Zhob, Ziarat, Chaman, Qila Abdullah and Pishin, while snowfall has started in high places like Kozhak Top, Sheila Bagh and Loi Band.<\/p>\n<p>Rain is likely in most parts of Gilgit-Baltistan, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from February 2 to 4, while snowfall is also expected in some mountainous areas.<\/p>\n<p>Light rain is also expected in various districts of Punjab, including Murree, Galiyat, Multan, Jhang, Sargodha and Faisalabad.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, rain and snowfall have been predicted in Chitral, Dir, Kohistan, Swat and Kalam. The weather in and around Islamabad is likely to remain cold and partly cloudy.<\/p>\n<p>Rain is also expected to start in Abbottabad and its surrounding areas from today.
