Loudspeakers were reportedly used throughout the city, even though a ban on loudspeaker use remains in effect until February 22, as per an official notification.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1003\">The situation has raised serious safety concerns, particularly after two children were injured by hazardous kite strings (<em data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"889\">killer wire<\/em>) just two days ago.
