According to official records, 29,813 people from Balochistan secured jobs overseas during the past five years. The data reflects steady participation in foreign labor markets, particularly in the Gulf region, which continues to attract Pakistani workers seeking stable incomes and broader opportunities.<\/p>\n

Saudi Arabia ranked as the leading destination. A total of 12,770 workers moved there for employment. Meanwhile, the United Arab Emirates followed with 8,141 individuals, reinforcing its long-standing role as a major hub for Pakistani labor. Qatar also remained a key market, drawing 3,806 workers, while 3,225 people found jobs in Oman.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Bahrain received 632 workers from the province. These figures indicate that Middle Eastern economies still dominate overseas hiring for Pakistani labor, largely due to ongoing infrastructure projects and demand for skilled and semi-skilled workers.<\/p>\n

For example, 323 residents traveled to Japan, while 204 secured employment in China. The United Kingdom attracted 105 workers, and Australia hired 72 individuals.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, 29 people went to the United States, while others found opportunities in Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Zambia, Canada, and Korea. Officials also noted that 275 workers migrated to various additional countries, highlighting the growing geographic diversity of Pakistan\u2019s labor export.<\/p>\n

Labor migration remains an important source of foreign remittances for Pakistan\u2019s economy. Money sent home by overseas workers supports household incomes and contributes to national foreign exchange reserves. Therefore, consistent migration from provinces such as Balochistan plays a role in broader economic stability.<\/p>\n
