ISLAMABAD: Toyota Indus Motor Company Ltd has announced the 19th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest 2026, encouraging bright young minds to imagine and draw the car of the future.
The global art competition, themed “Your Dream Car”, aims to inspire creativity among children and nurture their innovative ideas for tomorrow’s mobility.
The Toyota Dream Car Art Contest was held in 2004 for the first time with participation from worldwide. Now, nearly 6.2 million children from 100 countries participate each year.
Winners of this youth art contest are chosen from three age categories (7 years and under; 8-11 years old; and 12-15 years old), with judging based on three criteria: message, uniqueness, and artistic quality.
The top 3 winners from each of the categories advance to the Regional and World Contest.
The Toyota Indus said that entries can be hand-drawn or created using digital tools such as tablets or computers. However, artworks must be original and solely created by the participant.
The submissions start on October 22 and will continue till November 25, 2025.
National winners will move on to the World Contest, where up to 26 international winners will be selected.
The Grand Prize winner in each category will receive $5,000, while Best Finalist Prize winners will take home $3,000 each. Schools of winning participants may also win rewards of up to $10,000.
The candidates will submit their artwork to the nearest authorized Toyota dealership.
