Gold prices receive new surge in Pakistan, Check latest rates inside

KARACHI: The prices of gold in Pakistan rose again on Friday as the price per tola went up by Rs900 to Rs336,100. According to data provided by the Saraffa Association, Fridays gold prices went up in line with global market movements.

Since the last price update, gold has increased by Rs900 per tola to a new price of Rs336,100, and each 10 grams of gold has grown by Rs772 to Rs288,151.

Prices have risen globally as well, with global rates hitting $3,177 per ounce, including a $20 premium—this is a $9 rise compared to the previous day.

Silver prices held firm at Rs3,377 per tola. The rise in prices is due to sustained global market strength, even though it continues to influence local gold rates in Pakistan and decisions investors make in the gold markets.
