Gold price decrease Rs800 per tola in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Gold prices witnessed a surge on the first day of the week, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola rising by Rs 800 to Rs 350,200 today.

The price per tola crossed Rs 350,000, with the price of 10 grams of gold also increasing by Rs 686, which is now at Rs 300,240 in the local market.

The increase comes immediately after a notable decline over the weekend, when the price of gold per tola fell by Rs 1,600 on Saturday, settling at Rs 349,400. Today’s increase reflects a new upward trend in both the local and international markets.
