ISLAMABAD: Apple is gearing up for the highly anticipated release of its iPhone 16 series, which is scheduled for September 9.
This new lineup includes four distinct models: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. Each model represents a significant advance in smartphone technology, incorporating generative artificial intelligence (AI) based on Apple’s latest AI framework.
Recent leaks have provided insight into the pricing structure of these new devices. The entry-level iPhone 16 is expected to start at $799, while the iPhone 16 Plus will start at $899. These figures mirror the launch prices of their predecessors, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, suggesting a continuation of Apple’s pricing strategy for mid-range models.
However, a significant change is expected for advanced variants. With the iPhone 16 Pro starting at $1,099, the iPhone 15 Pro is expected to start at $999. These adjustments reflect the inclusion of advanced features and improved capabilities in the new model. In contrast, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is expected to maintain the same price as last year’s model, starting at $1,199.
After the official announcement on September 9, the new iPhone 16 series will be available for purchase from September 20. This release is highly anticipated, as the iPhone 16 series is set to offer a lot of upgrades and innovative features, which will strengthen Apple’s position as a leader.
