KARACHI: The wait for medical aspirants in Sindh is finally over as future doctors and dentists across the province can check how they performed in this year’s MDCAT 2025, conducted by the SIBA Testing Service (STS).
If you sat for the SIBA MDCAT 2025, here’s an update as the results are now available online.
You can check your marks and download your result card from the official website: www.sts.net.pk.
Below is a complete guideline that will help you check the result, understand passing criteria, merit list process, and know about the next admissions.
The MDCAT test is compulsory, as far as admission to MBBS and BDS programs in Sindh is concerned. It is organized by SIBA Testing Service on behalf of the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council with a view to ensuring fairness and equal opportunity for all candidates.
To be eligible for admission to the MBBS course, a candidate needs to score at least 110 marks, which accounts for 55%, while to be considered eligible for the BDS course, the candidate has to score 90 marks, which is equal to 45%.
The students clearing or achieving these marks can apply for medical and dental admissions in Sindh.
After the results are declared, SIBA will publish merit lists on the basis of candidate’s scores in:
