UHS shares second merit list for Punjab medical college admissions

LAHORE: The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has shared a second open merit list for college-wise admissions in state-run medical colleges in Punjab.

The admission process was carried out under the Procedure and Conditions of Admission specified in the Prospectus 2024-2025, the UHS said in a statement.

“Candidates who have successfully joined their allocated colleges as per the first selection list (displayed on January 21, 2025) and who have not been upgraded to a higher preference will remain in their previously allocated colleges. Such candidates are not required to report again either to their respective colleges or the UHS admission portal,” the statement read.

As per the statement, candidates selected in the second list must deposit their fees within three (3) working days, by January 27, 2025, through the UHS portal and the Bank of Punjab.

The fee challan can be generated through the candidate’s existing accounts on the Admission Application Portal.

Students can check the second admission list 2024-25 of 17 medical colleges across Punjab by visiting the official website of the University of Health Sciences Lahore (UHS).

The selected candidates must submit a written Joining Report, along with original documents as required by UHS, to their respective colleges within the due date to confirm admission, the university said in a statement.
