ISLAMABAD: Eggs are considered very beneficial for health and eating them benefits physical and mental health.
Now it has been discovered that eating eggs often reduces the risk of being affected by Alzheimer’s.
This has come to light in a new medical study.
The study published in the Journal of Nutrition examined the effects of dietary habits on mental health over time.
The study looked at whether there was a relationship between eating eggs and a decrease in the risk of mental decline.
The study found that eating eggs in moderation, such as once a week or a few times a month, also reduces the risk of mental decline.
According to the study, eating more eggs provides greater protection against Alzheimer’s.
However, the study could not prove a direct relationship between the protection provided by eating eggs against Alzheimer’s.
But the researchers said that consuming nutrient-rich foods benefits brain health on a long-term basis.
They added that making eggs part of a balanced diet improves brain function over time.
They said that we found that people who eat eggs 5 or more times a week have the lowest risk of Alzheimer’s.
According to the researchers, eggs contain several nutrients that are beneficial for brain function.
The most important of these is choline, which is important for memory and learning, while they also provide the body with vitamin B12 and healthy fats that support the structure and function of brain cells.
The researchers said that these nutrients potentially make eggs good for the brain, but this has not yet been proven.
He emphasized that eggs alone are not the solution, they reduce risk, but it is also important to keep diseases like physical activity, adequate sleep, diabetes and high blood pressure under control.
