PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) granted interim bail to PTI leader Hammad Azhar on Monday.
According to the details, Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Muhammad Ibrahim Khan held a hearing on Hammad Azhar’s bail applications.
Accepting the former federal minister’s bail application, the court granted one-month interim bail to the PTI leader.
The court ordered that the petitioner should appear in the respective courts by the appointed date.

Earlier, Hammad Azhar’s lawyers said that 52 cases have been registered against the petitioner in different cities of Punjab. He wants to appear in the courts but there is a fear of arrest, the petitioner’s lawyer said.
