LAHORE: Famous actress Alizeh Shah has deleted all the photos and posts from her Instagram account.

Explaining the reason, the actress said that she took this step due to mental stress.

The actress said in the ongoing video message that after deleting the posts, she is both happy and ashamed.

She confessed that she did not know what she was doing in her life before. She did not understand herself. What I used to post.

Alizeh Shah said that I do not know when I will return, but neither those photos nor Alizeh will come back.

It should be noted that this is not the first time that Alizeh Shah has spoken openly about her mental health.

Earlier, in a video, the actress had revealed that she was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which was caused by negative experiences in the showbiz industry.

She said that these experiences made her mentally very tired, and she started hating herself for being a part of this industry.

Alizeh admitted, “What I went through made me think about why I chose this field.”

Interestingly, this is not the first time that Alizeh Shah has deleted her digital presence. She has done so twice before — once in September last year and the second time in April this year.

However, she has now clarified that the old Alizeh and the old photos will not be coming back.
