Famous US singer Jennifer Grout recites Holy Quran [VIDEO]

ISLAMABAD: Famous American singer Jennifer Grout, who converted to Islam and left singing, recited the beautiful verses of the Holy Quran, captivating hearts, the video of which has gone viral.

Reciting the Quran on Al Jazeera’s program, Grout’s soulful voice and excellent pronunciation have surprised people around the world on social media, where millions of users have described her recitation as spiritual and faith-inspiring.

After converting to Islam, Jennifer Grout learned Arabic and has recited the Quran at many Islamic events. She said that Islam has given her life new peace and purpose.

Singer Jennifer Grout had converted to Islam a decade ago and said goodbye to singing. Jennifer Grout won the famous TV show ‘Arabs Got Talent’ in 2013.

Despite not knowing Arabic, she sang a song in Arabic, after which she became extremely popular in the Arab world. She also converted to Islam that same year.

Jennifer hails from the United States but lived in the African Muslim country of Morocco for four years. She is popular in Arab countries for her Arabic songs and beautiful recitation of the Quran.
