ISLAMABAD: Ex-wife of Imran Khan, Jemima Goldsmith has injured her foot after falling during a hiking adventure in Cape Town, South Africa.

The British socialite was rushed to a local medical facility after suffering a fall while hiking in South Africa as she planned to summit the 669-metre-high Lions Head Peak in Table Mountain National Park.

The 50-year-old has been dropping updates on social media, posting pictures of herself in a wheelchair with her right foot and ankle in a protective boot. The filmmaker shared the humorous caption, saying, “Festive break in Cape Town (pun intended).

Taking on the highs and lows of 2025… Incredible views from the top of Lions Head with friends and family, followed by a rumble and a long, dark hobble down. Happy New Year, people!,” she wrote. The post shows her lying in a hospital bed.
