ISLAMABAD: Mother’s Day is being celebrated today, May 11, 2025, in many countries around the world, including Pakistan, Australia, and the United States. However, it’s worth noting that the date of celebration varies across different nations.

A total of 104 countries celebrate Mother’s Day, with 77 observing it in May, 13 in March, and 14 during other months. This significant event impacts around 200 million people worldwide, with some countries declaring it a national or public holiday.

In Pakistan, children are buying flowers and cakes to celebrate Mother’s Day with their family and give a token of appreciation to their mothers who sacrificed their lives so that their kids can be happy.

Kids write cards with lovely notes for their mothers and wish them.

Every day is mothers Day, but celebrating it on a specific day makes it universal so that every mother receives a little special treatment.
