KABUL: Afghan cricket sensation Rashid Khan officially declared that he got married for the second time, and the move set fans and media abuzz. Through an emotional message on his Instagram account, he announced this new phase of his life.

The second wife of Rashid is reportedly of Afghan origin and lives abroad. Cricketer Rashid married for the second time on 2nd August 2025, less than a year after his first marriage in October 2024 to his cousin.

In a statement, Rashid termed his new wife a symbol of love, adding he always wanted such a life partner. He maintains that the couple recently attended a charity event together, which triggered a wave of unnecessary speculation in some circles.
