Protein Sheesha Bar is set to launch in Saudi Arabia as a new idea combining fitness and social lifestyle. GymNation has announced this unique concept for selected gym locations in the region.

The Protein Sheesha Bar will be introduced in 2026. It will first appear in Saudi Arabia and later expand to the UAE and Bahrain. The plan includes setting up special café-style recovery zones inside or near gyms.

Unlike traditional sheesha, this new Protein Sheesha Bar will not contain tobacco or nicotine. Instead, it will use herbal mixtures with fitness supplements like whey protein, creatine, and BCAAs.

GymNation says the goal is to connect gym culture with sheesha culture in a healthier way. The company believes this concept will attract fitness lovers who also enjoy social relaxation.

The recovery lounges will allow gym members to relax after workouts. These spaces will offer a calm environment for socializing without leaving the gym.

Each session at the Protein Sheesha Bar is expected to last around 45 minutes. GymNation claims it can provide up to 25 grams of aroma-based protein, which may support muscle recovery.

The menu will include creative flavors such as “The Whey Cloud,” “Macro Mist,” and “BCAA Breeze.” These are inspired by sports nutrition products.

The project will start with a pilot launch in Riyadh. Later, it is expected to expand to cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, and Bahrain.
