Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced a new Punjab Petrol relief package aimed at easing the financial burden on the province’s citizens.
Under the Punjab relief package, registration and transfer fees for motorcycles across the province have been waived. Registered motorcycle owners will also receive a monthly fuel subsidy.
Each registered bike will be eligible for 20 liters of petrol per month at a subsidized rate of 100 PKR per liter. Owners can apply for this subsidy by calling the dedicated helpline at 1000.
CM Maryam Nawaz emphasized that the government is working day and night to reduce the economic pressure on ordinary citizens. She highlighted that the initiative aims to support both daily commuters and farmers across Punjab.
The relief package is part of the provincial government’s broader efforts to provide practical financial support and ease living costs for residents.
