Shaban moon sighted; When is Shab e Barat in Pakistan?

Though it was anticipated that Shaban would begin in Pakistan on February 10, the moon of the eighth Islamic month was not sighted. The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee declared that the Shaban moon had not been sighted anywhere in the nation as people looked forward to the month before Ramadan.

To notify the public of the official decision, the Ministry of Religious Affairs released a notification following the announcement made by the leading moon sighting body.

Shaban Moon Sighted in Pakistan

Ruet announced that Shaban 1 1445 Hijri will fall on February 12 (Mon), and Shab-e-Barat will be observed on February 26.
