SWAT: Strong tremors were felt in Swat and its surrounding areas this morning. According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake measured 5 on the Richter scale, causing panic in the affected areas.
The Seismological Center reported that the epicenter of the earthquake was in the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan and its depth was 130 kilometers. The tremors were felt in Swat city and nearby cities.
Fortunately, there have been no reports of any loss of life or property so far. Authorities are monitoring the situation.
