Auction of Imran Khan’s Bani Gala property declared as baseless

ISLAMABAD: The circulating news of the auction of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s house in the Bani Gala area of the federal capital, Islamabad, has been declared baseless.

In this regard, NAB sources say that the circulating news of the auction of Imran Khan’s house is baseless.

The properties of Bahria Town are being auctioned in the 190 million pound case, however, Imran Khan’s properties are not being auctioned as he has surrendered.

The auction orders are to the extent of the declared accused in the case, as per NAB.

Advertisement for Auction of Imran Khan’s property

However, the Assistant Commissioner Secretariat has issued an advertisement for the auction, according to which the auction will be held at the Union Council Bhara Kahu in the NAB reference.

Imran Khan’s property in Mohra Noor village will be offered in the auction.

248 kanals 8 marla area and 405 kanals 3 marla area will be auctioned in the auction. According to the advertisement.

The persons participating in the auction should submit a pay order of Rs 5 million in the name of the NAB Chairman.

The said person can visit the property before participating in the auction, according to the advertisement.

The advertisement stated that the concerned Patwari will provide all the details to the participants in the auction, that the auction will be held under the terms and conditions approved by the Evaluation Committee, and that the auction will be held today in the village of Bhara Kahu.

Secretary General Salman Akram Raja has said that news of the alleged auction of the Bani Gala residence has come to light.

In a statement released on the social networking website X, Salman Akram Raja further said that the organizers of Bani Gala are unaware, our legal team is actively working to get to the bottom of the matter, and the correct information will come out soon.
