Bushra Bibi joins politics formally, leads November 24 protest plans

ISLAMABAD: Bushra Bibi, the wife of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan, has formally joined politics, here on Thursday.

As per the media reports, Bushra Bibi convened a meeting with the party leadership in Peshawar on November 13, where she outlined the strategy for the upcoming November 24 protest.

Bushra Bibi has also formed teams for protest preparations with KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur assisting her in political matters.

Reports said that she has been actively involved in key party decisions since November 1 and now holds final approval authority over party leadership in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
