ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Salman Akram Raja has said that a crime was committed against the founder of PTI.
The crime was committed by former Superintendent Jail Abdul Ghafoor Anjum. A case will be filed against the former Superintendent of the Jail.
Talking to the media in Islamabad, Salman Akram Raja said that the founder said that his vision in one eye has not returned, and he can only see light. The founder of PTI should be treated by doctors whom the founder and his family trust.
Aleema Khan, the sister of the founder of PTI, said that it was not disclosed for several weeks that the founder of PTI’s eye was deteriorating, and the founder’s treatment will be in Shifa and in the presence of his personal physician.
Aleema Khan said that today my heart is shaken, we have not done well to a person who has been in jail for two and a half years.
Superintendent of Adiala Jail Abdul Ghafoor Anjum was being told for three months that his eye was hurting. The founder of PTI has been saying for three months that I cannot see, not only Abdul Ghafoor, but everyone in this jail is watching through cameras, they were seeing it for two weeks that the founder’s eye has stopped seeing.
Aleema Khan said that if justice had been served at that time, the PTI head would not have been in jail.
