ISLAMABAD: Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur hides himself, here on Sunday.

Faisal said Ali Amin is enjoying and playing both sides of the wicket, adding that imposing the governor’s rule is the centre’s discretion; it knows best what the solution to the problem is.

The governor said that Holi fire is being played in KP, but the government does not know anything.

PTI has an anti-state agenda. The party was pursuing the agenda of sabotaging the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation meeting,” Governor Kundi opined.

Earlier, Faisal Karim Kundi, while speaking in a private news channel program, said that the focus of his meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was on the deteriorating law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The governor’s clarification comes amid rumours of a possible governor’s rule in KP amid protests by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf.

Faisal Karim Kundi said that the writ of the provincial government in the southern region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has completely expired.

He criticised the provincial government’s “inaction” against target killings and kidnappings.

He also condemned PTI’s protest and said that the party wants to spread chaos and anarchy in the country.
