SARGODHA: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Thursday said that there is not much difference between what happened on May 9 and what India did on the night of May 6 and 7.

Criticizing the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), she said that we may differ with the personalities within the institution, but on May 9, military installations were set on fire.

She added that their (PTI) target was our military installations. This party did what the enemy could not do in decades.

Addressing students in Sargodha, Maryam Nawaz said that just as we protect our laptops so that no virus gets into them, we also have to protect our minds so that no political virus gets into them.

“What a party (PTI) did on May 9, and some people did under duress, is what terrorists do. The target of this political figure(Imran Khan) was also our armed forces. The installations of the Air Force that were set on fire shot down five fighter jets of the enemy air force.

The Chief Minister of Punjab further said that the youth should never become the fuel of sedition, never speak against their homeland, do not cause harm, do not take steps against Mother Earth, and become the iron wall of their country.
