Gas supply to remain suspended in Balochistan tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has said that the gas supply will be suspended in the nine districts of Balochistan tomorrow due to repairing work.

According the SSGC issued statement, the gas supply will remain suspended from 9am till 5pm in Quetta, Ziarat, Pisin and other Balochistan districts due to the repairing work.

As per SSGC statement, the heavy rainfall in Balchoistan has damaged gas pipelines.

Earlier, the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Balochistan on Monday reported that 16 people died during the recent heavy rains in the province.

Report revealed that casualties were reported since April 12 as the torrential rainfall also damaged the infrastructure.
