ID card services at post offices: NADRA introduces new facility for citizens

ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new facility for citizens under which they will be able to get ID cards from post offices.

As per the reports, the initiative has been launched in 83 selected GPOs and Post Offices across the country, where citizens can avail services to reissue, renew and modify their lost or damaged ID cards.

These services will be available at post offices six days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9am to 4pm, with extended hours to 12pm on Fridays.

Fees for all services available at Post Offices will be same as NADRA Centers.

It should be noted that NICOP services will not be available in post offices. Citizens can contact their respective GPO or Post Office on NADRA website for more details.
