RAWALPINDI: Imran Khan’s lawyer Faisal Chaudhry said that Imran Khan wrote a third letter to the Army Chief today expressing concern over election rigging in which the minority is given priority over the majority.

Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, Chaudhry added that the PTI founder has mentioned in the letter that money launderers have been brought to power.

Faisal Chaudhry said that the contents of Imran Khan’s third letter will be revealed today.

Faisal Chaudhry added that he still demands the formation of a judicial commission to investigate the May 9 incident, adding that raids are continuing in Punjab even after the February 8 elections.

He also said that Amir Dogar has been included in the opposition’s negotiation committee, some new members have been included in the political committee.

He alleged that today, lawyer Intizar Panjotha was not allowed to enter the jail nor were lawyers allowed to participate in the jail trial. He announced plans to file an open trial petition in the GHQ case.

It should be noted that former Prime Minister Imran Khan had requested a change in policy in letters written to the Army Chief.

However, security sources denied receiving any such letter and said they were not interested in reading it.
