RAWALPINDI: Field Marshal Asim Munir said that India, which has suffered defeat in the “Marka-e-Haq”, is promoting hybrid warfare through terrorist groups in Balochistan.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Asim Munir met the participants of the 16th session of the National Workshop Balochistan, in which civil servants and academicians also participated.

Condemning India’s patronage of terrorist elements, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that India has suffered defeat in the “Battle of Truth” and is promoting hybrid warfare through terrorist groups.

These groups will also meet the same humiliating defeat as India in the Battle of Truth.

He said that terrorism does not see religion, sect or race; collective determination and solidarity at the national level are indispensable to eliminate terrorism.

Field Marshal termed India’s sponsorship of terrorist elements as a failed attempt to target the patriotism of the people of Balochistan.

He added that in the event of internal or external threats to the country, every possible step will be taken to protect national dignity and public security.

Field Marshal Asim Munir, while highlighting the importance of development projects in Balochistan, stressed the need for mutual cooperation among all institutions and for adopting a coordinated national strategy.
