Islamabad Metro bus service temporarily suspended

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Metro bus has been shut down after threats of a possible protest by government employees, officials have revealed.

Officials stated that the Metro was suspended as a precaution, so that it would not affect public transport, as it has been revealed that the employees were scheduled to demonstrate against the government.
Commuters are suffering due to the sudden suspension.
Government employee leader, Rahman Bajwa, stated that the abrupt closure of the Metro service was a government decision to protect the country’s assets.
