Jaffar express derailed due to explosion on railway track in Jacobabad

JACOBABAD: In tragic news, an explosion has occurred on the railway track near the vegetable market in Jacobabad on Wednesday, according to media reports.

According to the railway police, the Jafar Express was on the railway track at the time of the explosion. As a result of the explosion, 5 bogies of the train derailed, but there were no casualties in the incident.

The railway police said that the movement of trains was suspended after the explosion on the track.

In this regard, SSP Jacobabad Saddam Khaskheli said that the bomb disposal squad is determining the nature of the explosion, and the investigation into the attack is ongoing.
