ISLAMABAD: Users around the world, including Pakistan, are experiencing issues accessing Meta’s popular social media platforms WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Reports suggest that messages are not being sent, and users are unable to make audio or video calls on these platforms.

The reason for the outage is still unclear, with no official statement from Meta yet. However, several complaints have surfaced on microblogging site X (formerly Twitter), where users from various countries have highlighted the ongoing issues.

The outage has affected millions of users worldwide, leaving many unable to connect via WhatsApp or engage in social interactions on Facebook and Instagram. As of now, Meta has not provided further details or a timeline for resolving the issue.
