NA lifts entry ban on Opposition MNA Iqbal Afridi

ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly has lifted the ban on entry of opposition member Iqbal Afridi into the House.

Speaker Ayaz Sadiq moved a motion in the House to lift Iqbal Afridi’s suspension, and the National Assembly approved the motion to lift Iqbal Afridi’s suspension during the entire budget session.

Barrister Gohar had appealed to lift the ban by guaranteeing Iqbal Afridi’s positive behavior. Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, prioritizing the honor of the House, drew the attention of the members to follow the rules.
