NADRA announces new job openings in April 2026

ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)  has announced new jobs for various posts in April 2026, which will be filled by eligible candidates in different tehsils.

According to the official advertisement, recruitment will be made for three posts, including Deputy Assistant Director (Office In-charge), Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator), and Naib Qasid.

All candidates who have a degree from a middle to HEC-approved 16 years of education (Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT) can apply.

The age limit varies according to the post. The age of Deputy Assistant Director should be a maximum of 30 years, Junior Executive should be a maximum of 25 years, and Naib Qasid should be a maximum of 40 years.

It should be noted that candidates with relevant experience will be given preference in the recruitment process.

These recruitments will be done in different tehsils like Lahore, Babuzai, Matta, Paharpur, and Batkhela, while the placement will be done in NADRA Registration Centres (NRCs) like Dehri, Islampur, Mathura, Kiri Khaisore, Totkan, and Shawal.

According to NADRA, only residents of the respective tehsil (as per identity card or domicile) will be eligible for the test and interview.

All selected candidates will have to complete a probation period of 6 months, which can be extended based on performance. Applicants will have to produce original documents at the time of the test and interview, while government employees will also have to provide an NOC.

NADRA has clarified that no TA/DA will be given during the recruitment process, and electronic devices will not be allowed.

The last date for submission of applications is April 19, 2026. Candidates can apply through NADRA’s official careers website.

NADRA has encouraged women, minorities, transgender people, and special needs individuals to apply under equal opportunities.
