ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has opened new job positions, which it plans to fill across various tehsils from applicants who meet eligibility criteria in April 2026.

The official advertisement shows available vacancies for three positions, which include Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge), Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator), and Naib Qasid.

Eligibility Criteria

All candidates who possess middle-level education or 16 years of HEC-recognized degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT can apply for different positions.

The maximum age limit varies by role, with 30 years for Deputy Assistant Director, 25 years for Junior Executive, and 40 years for Naib Qasid. The assessment process will prioritize candidates who possess actual required work experience.

The recruitment drive covers multiple tehsils, including Lahor, Babuzai, Matta, Paharpur, and Batkhela, with job placements in NADRA Registration Centres (NRCs) such as Dher, Islam Pur, Mathra, Kirri Khaisore, Totakan, and Shawal. NADRA stated that only residents of the respective tehsils, as per CNIC or domicile, will be eligible for tests and interviews.

All shortlisted candidates must complete their six-month probation period, which can be extended according to their work performance. All applicants must present their original documents at the test and interview, while government employees need to show their No Objection Certificate (NOC).

NADRA also emphasised that no TA/DA will be provided, and electronic devices will not be allowed during the recruitment process.

How to Apply for NADRA Jobs

The application deadline is April 19, 2026, and candidates can submit their applications through NADRA’s official careers portal. NADRA encouraged women, minorities, transgender individuals, and differently-abled persons to apply for equal opportunity.
