ISLAMAABD: The Child Registration Certificate (CRC) or B-Form contains the child’s name, registration number, date of birth, parent’s identity and address, making it an important document for establishing identity.

As per the details, B Form or Child Registration Certificate is the primary identity document that serves as official proof of an individual’s birth details, identity, age and record in NADRA.

Nadra B-Farm Fees in Pakistan

The general fee for B-Form is Rs.50 while executive services are also being offered at Rs.500.

Parents are advised to get the B-Form as it is mandatory to obtain various other documents and basic services like driving license, passport, and admission to schools and colleges.

The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) is empowered to issue Child Registration Certificate or B Form for all minors.

B-Form can be obtained by providing documentary proof of birth of the child from the Union Council. Parents must possess National Identity Card (NIC)/National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
