ISLAMABAD: The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) has upgraded its website with new features, which also informs about the extended period of Form B.

According to the details, NADRA has upgraded its website with new features, making it easier for citizens to access information and various facilities.

Speaking in this regard in the NADRA podcast, the NADRA spokesperson said that citizens can now easily get information about NADRA centers, e-facility centers and various services, while no citizen can be denied service.

The NADRA spokesperson said that a special “N-Grid” section has been added to the new website, through which citizens can see the details of NADRA offices, e-facility centers and their working hours up to their district, tehsil and union council levels.

He said that the website also provides the facility to submit queries under the “Right to Information” (RTI), while a separate section of statistical information has been introduced for students and researchers, where registered population and NADRA data in different areas can be accessed.

According to Syed Shabahat Ali, the new instructions of the Ministry of Interior make it clear that citizens cannot be denied service at any NADRA center in Pakistan.

If a citizen’s record is available in NADRA, he can get a CNIC, FRC or other services from any city in the country.

In response to a question regarding the “B Form” of children, he said that there is no need to come to the NADRA center for children under three years of age, while a photograph of children above three years of age and biometric verification of children above 10 years of age are mandatory.

He said that the B form of children under the age of 10 can also be made through the e-Sahulat franchise, while it is also possible to apply from home through the “Pak Identity” mobile app. In this application, documents are stored in the “Mobile Vault”, which can be used immediately if needed.

The NADRA spokesperson reminded the citizens that the B form of a child under the age of three years expires automatically on completion of the age of three years, while the B form of children between the ages of 3 and 10 years expires automatically on completion of the age of 10 years. Similarly, it is legally mandatory for a citizen to make a National Identity Card after completing the age of 18 years.
