Omar Ayub steps down from Judicial Commission’s membership

ISLAMABAD: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Omar Ayub resigned from the post of member of the Judicial Commission, here on Tuesday.

As per the details, the resignation letter addressed to the Speaker of the National Assembly was obtained by a private news channel.

In his resignation letter, Ayub cited the multiple cases filed against him as the main reason for his resignation.

He said that due to these legal matters, he could not give the Judicial Commission the required time.
